THIS IS MY TOS
NOTICE: When you order from me you are agreeing to have read and accepted my terms of service.Detailed info may be missing. The sole purpose of this version is for the Customer to have an easy overview of the main points. Please refer to the full TOS below for more detailed terms, which WILL apply to your orders.
Payment up front.
Invoice or PayPal.me only.
Product will be delivered digitally.
I am not responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered.
You have right to four complete revisions in the sketching phase.
You have right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion (I.E eyecolour change)
Must be paid in USD.
No refunds.
You're required to contact me in a respectful and responsive manner.
Products cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees.
You do not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
You do not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.
I have all the rights to use any piece commissioned as examples of my work, this includes but might not be limited to; uploading to social media, portfolio or direct message with the image. if want a piece kept in private and no public show of it a fee will apply.
TERMS OF SERVICE

THIS TOS MAY BE CHANGED AND UPDATED IN THE FUTURE AS WELL AS MY PRICESThis contract applies to the Customer purchasing from me a work of art. By ordering from me you agree to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTS
1.You agree to pay the due amount upfront for any orders.
2.You accept that work on the Product will not commence until payment has been received.
3.Payments are only recived with a Paypal´s invoice or the PayPal.me link provided.PRODUCT DELIVERY
4.You agree that Product will be delivered digitally to an email address provided by you.
5. Any other method of delivery, has to be mutually agreed before the work commences.
6. It is your sole responsibility to propose delivery method which works for both parties. I cannot be held accountable for your loss of access to the delivery method, loss of delivered files, impediments such as spam filters or any other technical obstacles outside my responsibility.
6b. Upon delivery of the product, it is your responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by me. I can not guarantee that the original copy of the product will be available in the case that you lost the files.REVISIONS
7. You has the right to Four complete revisions in the sketching phase, if wanted more, fees will apply.
8. You have right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing an eyecolour or fixing a small detail, up to an additional 10% of the total time spent on creating the originally delivered Product. Any requests above that, however minor, will require a prior mutual agreement and will result in a proportional increase of order value. Any such increase will be invoiced separately. Work on any such excessive requests will not commence until the payment for the additional invoice(s) has been received.CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
9.You agree to pay the total amount specified in USD.
10. It is your sole responsibility to bear any currency conversion costs involved in transferring funds to the Seller.
11. Payment is considered as received and completed only when total amount received on my USD account is equal to the invoice amount in USDREFUND POLICY
12. Refunds can not be done, it is your sole responsibility to know if you can afford any of my artwork, please be absolutly sure you can spend the money asked for any of my pieces.
13. If after changes, acommodations and/or revisions you're not satisfied with my work, I will not refund the money, my time and resources has been spend on your artwork and I will not be able to gain that back, if you're not satisfied the first time, then I might not be the artist for you.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
14. The Product received by you is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by me. This will require a separate agreement between you and me defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.15. you do not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.In addition, you do not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.CANCELLATIONS
16. I reserves every right to refuse any kind of request before buying, without giving reasons to you.
17. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. you will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. I have full right to refuse any service to you in the future.
